● ¿What types of garments do you manufacture at Equal Balance Co?
We manufacture women’s intimate apparel, activewear, mid-control shapewear, and swimwear.
● ¿What does the Full-Package service include?
Our full-package service includes product development based on a sample or tech pack, material sourcing, cutting, garment production, packaging, and logistics.
● ¿Can I send my own designs, or do you provide design support?
You are required to submit your designs along with detailed technical specifications.
● ¿What is the process to start a production order?
Contact us through your preferred channel and share your product details.
We provide a quotation, develop a sample, and once approved, you may place your production order.
● ¿What are the estimated timelines for sample development and production?
Samples: approximately 15 days.
Production: approximately 90 days for full-package services.
● ¿What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
500 units per style.
● ¿Does Equal Balance offer sample or prototype development before production?
Yes. We develop an initial sample for fit approval, followed by size set samples for grading approval.
● ¿What types of materials or fabrics do you work with, and do you offer sustainable options?
We work with both knit and woven fabrics and can offer sustainable alternatives such as recycled polyester, organic cotton, and recycled nylon.
● ¿Can I visit your facilities or monitor production remotely?
Yes. On-site visits to our production facilities can be arranged based on the product of interest. We also offer virtual production follow-ups and video calls to review work-in-process batches.
● ¿What experience do you have exporting to international markets?
We have more than 30 years of experience exporting to the United States.
● ¿How do you ensure traceability and transparency during the production process?
We provide weekly Work-In-Process (WIP) reports with real-time status updates for each production batch.
● ¿What packaging options do you offer, and can they be customized?
Packaging options include hanging, folded, or bulk packing, all of which can be customized with your brand.
